What We Do
Guardian Fitness is a seven-week training program designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals in a fun group setting.
Our dedicated and motivated team of personal trainers are certified by the National Strength Conditioning Association. The program is designed for any body type or fitness level, which means no matter where you are in life or what personal goals you may have, Guardian Fitness can help you succeed.
We focus on improving cardio performance and strengthening the body with activities that utilize various functional movements of the upper and lower body to burn off maximum amount of calories in a short amount of time.
To encourage a healthy and stress free lifestyle in every client and member by using functional training, nutritional education, accountability partners, and fitness motivation in a fun environment.
